Position

Direct Support Professional

General Job Responsibilities:

Direct Support Professionals are responsible for providing support, guidance and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities served by Caring Support Services. This position is also responsible for providing hands-on assistance, instruction, and guidance, while implementing individuals’ plans, goals, and objectives to attain independence and integration in the community.

General Job Responsibilities:

Job Coaches are responsible for providing oversight and direction to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and those who may have other employment barriers. Job Coaches support participants as they carry out job duties through job exploration; community worksites; communicating with local employers and pursuing meaningful employment.
